2. Our Offerings

2.1 Executive Strategy Training

Our live and virtual sessions aim to enhance leadership stewardship and strategic decision-making for senior professionals. Sessions may include one-on-one consultations, workshops, and group seminars.

2.2 Digital Materials

We offer downloadable guides, courses, and other digital documents to support your strategic development. Access is granted upon completion of the purchase process.

2.3 Physical Goods

We may offer branded merchandise and printed resources. Details on availability and specifications are provided on the product pages.

3. Registration and Payment

All offerings require payment in full prior to delivery. We accept standard payment methods as shown at checkout. You agree to pay all applicable fees at the listed price.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Training Sessions

You may request a cancellation or reduction of scheduled sessions up to 14 days before the session date for a full refund of the paid fees. Requests made between 14 and 7 days before are eligible for a 50% reimbursement of the paid fees. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparatory efforts.

Sessions may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if requested at least 7 days in advance. Requests made later may incur an administrative fee equivalent to 20% of the session price.

4.2 Digital Materials

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no downloads or access have occurred. To request a reimbursement, contact us with your order details. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

If you are not satisfied with a physical item, please ship the unused item back to us within 30 days of delivery for a reimbursement of the product price, excluding shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days after receipt of the item.

5. No Warranty

All offerings are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no assurances about the outcomes of applying our materials or participating in our sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall virtuegrowth or its affiliates be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our offerings.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at virtuegrowth.pro. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitute acceptance.
